Focusing mainly, but not exclusively, on the Asian community, the home caters to service users who require nursing care, suffer from mental health issues such as dementia, or who need end-of-life care. This may include reminiscence therapy, liaising with residents to take account of their ideas and requests, and contacting providers for music sessions, pet therapy, crafts, puzzles and lots more.
Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team. Always giving support to our residents and maintaining their dignity and privacy, the whole team strive to provide a happy, stimulating and stable environment.
