Covid-19 Update
We are living in extraordinary times, very few of us have ever experienced anything like this virus and the effect it has had on our daily lives, at such times it is normal to want extra assurance that our loved ones are safe and well.
Consequently, we are currently receiving very high levels of emails and phone calls from relatives and friends, professional people, NHS, Public Health England, etc, all of which is completely understandable. We know you are concerned, and unfortunately you may not be getting answers directly from the homes about what is happening, but please be in no doubt we are all working hard to deliver the best possible care to your loved ones.
Our priority is, as ever, ensuring our residents are properly cared for, and stay safe, well and happy. Please be assured we are maintaining our staffing levels, and currently we have good supplies of PPE. Although we all wish things were different, we are managing to cope in the awful situation we all find ourselves in.
