Orchid Care Home received the following comments from a member of the ambulance service, and they are very pleased to have had such recognition for their staff!

‘I was part of the crew that came to see one of your patients yesterday, we were greeted by Debbie, a member of your care team, she did an amazing handover, and you could see she has a passion for her job and cares about your patients. We then met Christina your staff nurse. Again her passion and caring nature poured out from her. You could see how proud they are working for the home. You have some lovey staff and should be proud of how they care for your patients.
It’s not often we walk into a care home and see this level of care. That’s why I wanted to message you and tell you about it.’
