BALLET INSPIRED BY PETER PAN”

There were 2 ballet groups and 2 prima ballerinas who danced for us like little elves.

They highlighted our day celebrating the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

It was wonderful to see how much effort every little girl put in their performance.

We were really amazed to see so much talent in young ballet dancers from the New Forest Academy of Dance.

A wonderful day came to an end.

Thank you very much for your excellent show.

We hope to welcoming you soon again.

EUAN THE SKIPPER………

For years Euan had his own boat and cruised the Mediterranean Sea. Together with his wife Val and he lived on a boat in Gibraltar, and you could tell how much he still loves the water and seafaring.

He happily steered the vessel ‘Alison MacGregor’ on our boat trip.

Euan was the captain for the day and he thoroughly enjoyed it.

HAPPY FEET

The guitarist Nigel Revell put on a good show and everyone was in good spirits when they heard his tunes. Some Residents could not sit still anymore. They had to get up and dance!

It was lovely to see them enjoying themselves to the rhythm.

OUT AND ABOUT

On a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon the Residents from Pines spent their time in the garden.

Here they stopped by our lovely old timer to have a little rest. Afterwards they visited the chickens and all our new garden ‘creatures’, such as a sheep, a pig and a very colourful tortoise. No worries, they are not real, but wonderful to look at

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations got to Henrique Mota, Healthcare Assistant, who completed his LEVEL 2 Care Diploma.

Well done Henrique – Congratulations from all the Staff and the Residents at Birchy Hill!
