Fee! Fie! Foe! Fum! It was Panto Time with laughter and fun.
Professional actors from “London’s Carousel Theatre” showed us a traditional Christmas Panto.
Jack and his cow Daisy were the attraction.
The Residents were shouting Jack’s name, he answered the questions, and burst out laughing. The show took us back to the good old days of traditional pantomime, with music, jokes, and plenty of songs everybody could sing along to.
As a highlight for our Christmas Party Santa Claus stopped for a few minutes on his busy trip to say ‘hello’ to everybody.
I am sure that one or another guest was wondering if they are in his ‘good or bad’ books to find.

Our Chef spoiled our Residents and guests with wonderful festive buffet food, as it seemed an endless amount of different festive cakes and puddings.
At the end of the party nothing was left over.
Isn’t this a compliment for the kitchen???
A big ‘Thank you’ to everyone in the kitchen this day for their extra effort to make the party special!
The Christmas Party was in full flow, when these photographs were taken.
Some listened to Alastair’s Piano music, whilst others were chatting with their friends and family, but some were already waiting for the big raffle draw at the end of the afternoon…
On the morning of Saturday 15th December 2018, Birchy Hill’s halls were decked for the Annual Residents Christmas Party.
The Housekeeping, the Maintenance, the Care staff as well as our Manager helped to make everything look perfect. It was great seeing everything being transformed into a large Party place.
