MAN IN BLACK

Our very own very talented pianist Luis Andrade spoiled the Residents, Guests and the Staff alike with his lovely music.

He played the piano for the entire afternoon and earned a well-deserved applause by everyone.

Thank you, Luis, you made this Christmas Bazaar special!

OH, COME YE FAITHFUL…

35 young voices from Sway Primary School sang like little angels. They were accompanied by their teacher who played the piano to get them into the right tune. The Residents adored these young talents and gave them a very big applause after them wishing us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

They loved the cupcakes and left Birchy Hill singing and waving “good bye”.

Thank you very much, we are looking forward to your next visit.

NOVEMBER HIGH FLYERS

Ana Matos (Health Care Assistant) and Ranjit Kaur (Senior Health Care Assistant) were both awarded with the Golden High Flyer Wing for November 2017.

Both young ladies are impressive by their hard working, caring and flexible attitude. They are dedicated to their work and to the Service users and also the Company. They also constantly improve their skills by further training.

Congratulations Ana and Ranjit

CHRISTMAS EXTRAVAGANZA AT BIRCHY HILL

To start our 2017 Christmas Extravaganza the dancers “Light-Hearted” (previously known as “The Dancing Nuns”) pleased their audience with the first Christmas songs for this season.

Lovely costumes and dance routines. For the first time they were accompanied by “Father Christmas” who entertained Birchy Hill’s Residents with a funny quiz.

It was a very amusing afternoon.

Thank you, Sharon, Brenda and John!
